After upgrading to DataVault 7, why are the upgrade features, like synchronization, not showing in my SecureAccess or PrivateAccess folder?
The upgrade features of DataVault 7 are not intended to affect either the SecureAccess or the PrivateAccess program user interface.
What we need to do is make your existing vault folders accessible to you when you run Datavault 7.
The easiest way to accomplish this is to install the Datavault 7 program on your SanDisk external USB drive. Please follow the links below to download and install the portable version of DataVault 7 on your SanDisk USB drive:

When you have DataVault 7 installed and license-activated on your SanDisk flash drive, here are the steps for adding your existing SecureAccess vault or PrivateAccess vault into the DV7 program user interface:
1. Start the DataVault program on the flash drive and log in to your secure folders;
2. In the Menu, click Add Secure Folder > Existing Secure folder
3. In the open window, click Continue;
4. In the next open window select "Add Existing" and click "Continue";
5. In the next open window, click "Choose" to open your computer folders;
6. Navigate to the SanDisk USB drive and locate your "SanDiskSecureAccess Vault" or "PrivateAccess Vault" folder;
7. Select the vault folder and click "Open" to add the vault
8. In the open dialog window, enter the password that you last used to open your existing SecureAccess or PrivateAccess Vault;
9. The vault folder will now be connected to the DataVault program interface and displayed with the name "USB Flash Drive"
