Here you can find the steps for changing your DataVault 7 License Account Password
When you purchased your license to use our DataVault 7 software, you were given a License Account. The email address and password credentials that you created for this account are used to log in to DataVault 7. These credentials do NOT give any access to the files stored in your Secure Folders. Opening those secure folders requires separate passwords .
If you are unable to log into your installed DataVault program anymore, you should reset your password here: https://encsecurity.com/account/forgotten-password
Make sure that your new password is a minimum of 12 characters long. We suggest a maximum of 15 characters, including numbers and special characters. If this password reset should fail to work for some reason, please send email to support@encsecurity.com
