To ensure all known bugs have been fixed you must update the DataVault software to the latest version.
- Open the DataVault application;
- Go to Help > Check for updates, in the menu bar;
- A new window will open, press the button "Check for updates now";
- If you receive a message saying a new version is available please continue to update to it.
If this did not help you please send us the following information in order for us to assist you:
- The name and version of the software program you are using; How to find my version?
- The operating system version running on your Windows or Mac computer;
- The location of the Vault - i.e. on your computer or external storage device, flash drive, SSD, Micro SD card, etc;
- A full description of the error you have encountered, including the text of any error message you have received, preferable a screenshot with error message;
- The exact steps you took that lead to the system error or crash.
