After purchasing the software, you have fourteen (14) days to file for a refund as long as you have not yet activated the software. You can ask for the refund through creating a ticket or emailing email@example.com. If you experience problems with our software and report this to us within fourteen (14) days after purchase, we will refund your purchase if we can not fix your problem.
Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check, since it is possible to use a trial version of the software. ENCSECURITY does not take responsibility for any underlying local issue with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software.
